Lauderville is an elegant Four Star victorian guest house, situated just a few minutes from the heart of Edinburgh. Being family run, we hope to bring that personal touch to your stay, and to make your visit to Edinburgh as enjoyable as possible.

We provide comfortable, stylish accommodation in single, double, twin, family and our four poster room (king size double bed). All Rooms En-Suite with superior bed linen, towels and toiletries. There are Ground Floor Bedrooms Available and all our rooms have central heating, television, radio alarm clocks, hairdryers and a hospitality tray.

Totally Non-Smoking House.

Full breakfast is included, and you can choose from our extensive menu in our newly restored dining room. We offer a Scottish or Vegetarian breakfast, and a selection from the buffet table. Special diets are also catered for: please ask when booking.

As the capital city of Scotland, Edinburgh has many attractions and there is always plenty to do and see.

You will also find many Excellent Restaurants and Pubs within an easy walk of the guest house.

Should you want to explore outside the city, we can arrange the following:

Excursions by Coach to Stirling Castle and the Trossachs, St. Andrews, Loch Ness and the Highlands, Rosslyn Chapel and Craigmillar Castle, and Glamis Castle and Whisky Distillery.

Golf on a nearby course.
Trout fishing on a magnificent scenic loch just outside Edinburgh.

And for those times when you just want to relax, we have a secluded garden and a comfortable lounge which are available for our guest's use, including full (complementary) Internet Access, also Wi-Fi Friendly throughout.

We also have a Secure (complementary) Car Park on site.

Check in by 10p.m. weekdays and 6p.m. Saturday. Sunday's by arrangement.

The prices listed below are per person per night and include full breakfast and value added tax. In addition when children under twelve are sharing a family room they are charged at half price.
